About Dr. Laura Spiller

Founder of Heights Couples Therapy

Relationships have the power to support us during life’s toughest moments.

With extensive experience as a psychologist and through my husband’s battle with cancer, I know how vital a role the relationships in our lives play in our well-being.

I founded Heights Couples Therapy because if I could help others access the tools to strengthen their relationships and ease the burden of life’s challenges, I was determined to do so, with all the clinical expertise and dedication I could offer.

Heights Couples Therapy has grown into a vibrant group practice, remaining true to my original mission to help individuals, couples, partners, and families build a secure base and travel the difficulties—and joys—of life together.

If you’re a therapist passionate about guiding clients toward building long-lasting relationships, we'd love for you to join our team.

Are you the right team member?

You’ll be a great fit for Couples Heights Therapy if:

  • You enjoy the autonomy of private practice, but you don’t enjoy running a business. The thought of having to continually market and find clients gives you hives, and you’d rather just focus on the meaningful clinical work.

  • You value excellence, expertise, and are committed to continued growth and development. You want to specialize in, or continue to specialize, in couples and relationship therapy.

  • You’d like to grow with us. You believe Heights Couples Therapy could be your home for several years and are excited for growth opportunities within our practice.

  • You enjoy being part of an intimate team—building relationships with peers, receiving and providing support, navigating interpersonal conflict with grace, and prioritizing connection and community.
